The terms “terranova”, “Radtouren Teufel”, “we” and “our” refer to Zimmermann Touristik KG which offers and operates all the trips under these brands. These travel conditions govern the cooperation between you and us and the rare case of a non-standard reservation or travel. 
 

• 1. Deposit / final payment
  Upon receipt of our travel confirmation and our security certificate a deposit per person of 20% of the travel price is due. We ask to transfer to our account at the Frankfurter Sparkasse IBAN: DE07 5005 0201 0200 4888 30 (BIC: HELADEF1822) or the Volksbank Dreieich IBAN: DE18 5059 2200 0004 9581 36 (BIC: GENODE51DRE). The balance is due no later than 28 days before departure. After receiving the full travel price, terranova will send the complete travel documents approx. 2 weeks prior to departure.
   
• 2. Cancelling a Trip
  If you must cancel your booking, the fees for doing so are as follows:

  Deviating from our general terms and conditions, the following payment and cancellation conditions apply to this boat and bike trip with Sea Cloud Spirit:

• 3. Cancellation by terranova
  terranova reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason determined in our sole discretion, including if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travellers is judged by terranova to be compromised. In such a case, refund of payments received by terranova shall constitute full and final settlement. In the event of cancellation, terranova is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferable air tickets or other unrecoverable travel costs. terranova retains the sole discretion to run any trip notwithstanding the occurrence of any event or the existence of any condition in or near any place of travel included on a trip itinerary, or in proximity to such a place or affecting travel, including air travel, in general. If terranova determines in good faith to run a trip, then no refund under this paragraph shall be payable with respect to that trip and any traveller cancelling a reservation shall be bound by the cancellation policies identified in the preceding paragraphs.
   
• 4. Travel Documents and Passports
  The visa and passport requirements of countries to which we travel vary according to the nationality of each traveller and may change at any time for reasons beyond our control. It is the responsibility of each traveller to verify that he or she has the appropriate travel documents for his or her nationality. terranova is not liable for any expenses or costs arising from any traveller being prohibited from entering a country scheduled to be visited on a trip.
   
• 5. Insurance
  Before travelling on a trip, we strongly recommend you review your personal insurance and health insurance to ensure you have coverage appropriate to meet your needs, and the needs of your family and dependants, in case of any loss of property or illness, injury or death.
