Day 1: From Frankfurt to Zwingenberg | Approx. 37 miles / 59 kilometers by bike

Your first stop is the historic old town of Dreieichenhain, where you'll be transported back in time amidst the ruins of a water castle belonging to the Staufer dynasty. Continuing your exploration, you'll arrive at Kranichstein, home to the hunting castle of the Hessian Landgraves. On the Hessian side, the waters of the River Main merge gracefully with the mighty Rhine, creating a mesmerizing spectacle.
