Itinerary:

Day 1: Frankfurt to Mainz | Approx. 26 miles / 42 kilometers
Start your unforgettable journey along the iconic Rhine River as you pedal from Frankfurt, following the picturesque Main River. Delight in the medieval charm of Höchst, once a part of the Archbishopric of Main and now a district of Frankfurt. After a leisurely pause to savor local delights like Ebbelwoi and handkäs with music (traditional apple wine and cheese), continue your adventure towards Eddersheim. Pass through vineyards and historic towns to reach the confluence of the Main and the Rhine. Cross the Rhine and arrive at Mainz, a city steeped in over 2000 years of history. Explore attractions such as the magnificent cathedral and the Gutenberg Museum. Overnight stay at Hotel Hammer (B) / Hotel Hilton Mainz (A).

Day 2: Mainz to Oberwesel | Approx. 40 miles / 64 kilometers
After a restful night in historic Mainz, cycle along the Rhine, encountering charming wine towns and breathtaking vistas. Glide through the captivating town of Eltville and arrive in the world-renowned wine haven of Rüdesheim am Rhein. A detour to the Niederwald monument, reached by chairlift, offers a panoramic view not to be missed. Cross the Rhine to discover Kaub, with its 700-year-old toll castle set on a small island. Continue through the UNESCO-listed "Upper Middle Rhine Valley" characterized by vineyards. Pause in picturesque Bacharach before reaching Oberwesel, known for its medieval city walls and the lofty Schönburg Castle. Enjoy regional wine and specialties at local taverns. Day 3: Oberwesel to Koblenz | Approx. 28 miles / 58 kilometers

Cycle to Boppard for a chairlift ride to the "Vierseenblick" viewpoint, offering unparalleled Rhine views. Reach Koblenz, where the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress presides over the city. A cable car connects the Old Town to the fortress. Explore the German Corner, a historic landmark where the Rhine and Moselle Rivers converge. Day 4: Koblenz to Bad Godesberg | Approx. 37 miles / 61 kilometers
