GENERAL INFORMATION
- Arrival and departure by train: Please book a train to Frankfurt main station. Departure from Heidelberg.
- From the main station to Hotel Maingau: Take streetcar no. 16 (in front of the main entrance) in the direction of OFFENBACH and get off at BRÜCKENSTRASSE/ TEXTORSTRASSE. Opposite you will see the Textor Restaurant, behind it runs Brückenstrasse, which you follow to the right. You will come to a small park/playground, which you cross. You will see the Maingau Hotel on your left.
- Arrival by car: A3/E5 exit FRANKFURT SÜD, direction Stadtmitte/Sachsenhausen. Follow the main street KENNEDYALLEE (please keep right). This becomes GARTENSTRASSE, then WALTER-KOLB-STRASSE. Turn right into ELISABETHENSTRASSE and immediately right again into BRÜCKENSTRASSE until the end, then right into SCHIFFERSTRASSE. The Maingau Hotel is on the right after 20m.
- Parking: The parking garage "Walter-Kolb-Straße 16" 60594 Frankfurt is about 200 meters from the Hotel Maingau, here you will find sufficient parking. Opening hours continuously Parking fees per hour or part thereof 1,00 € / night parking 19:00 - 7:00 clock 4,00 € / entrance height 2.10 m No weekly rates available. Public parking spaces in the surrounding streets can only be found with a lot of luck. terranova therefore offers a free shuttle service to nearby (unguarded) parking facilities on the outskirts of the city. Registration in advance is required: 069 - 693054.
A return transfer from Heidelberg to Frankfurt on the day of departure, including rental bikes and luggage, can be booked through terranova. Fixed departure time in Heidelberg: 10:00 am.
- Handover of rental bikes and welcome talk: If you wish, you can make an appointment in advance for an information talk with a terranova contact person. Your terranova contact person will be waiting for you at the terranova office at the agreed time. There you will receive valuable information about your trip and, if booked, your rental bikes or ebikes.

- Luggage transport and bike bags: terranova reliably takes your suitcases and travel bags from one accommodation to the next. This way you can fully concentrate on enjoying the cycling, the landscape and the culinary delights. You simply leave the logistical stress and effort to the competent terranova team. Please drop off your luggage at the reception desk of your hotel by 9:00 a.m. daily at the latest. You will receive your luggage back at the next hotel by 18:00 at the latest.
- Luggage tags: Please provide your luggage to be transported with terranova luggage tags. You will receive these with your last travel documents.
- Number of pieces of luggage: On this trip you can take as many pieces of luggage as you want.
- Weight: terranova transports luggage items up to a maximum of 23 kilograms.
- Bike bags for terranova rental bikes: terranova will provide you with water-repellent saddle bags and, on request, handlebar bags for your day's luggage. All bike bags are extremely solid and durable as well as water-repellent. So everything you have with you during the day stays dry even on rainy days. For small emergencies terranova bikes are also equipped with a service kit including tools, spare tube and air pump. A combination lock protects against bike thieves.
- Rental bikes and equipment: when booking our tours, you can choose a bike that suits you perfectly. The following bikes are available:

- Equipment: The equipment includes water-repellent panniers and, on request, handlebar bags as well as a service set with tools and spare tube, an air pump and a combination lock.
- Helmet: If you wish, you can rent a helmet from terranova for EUR 10,- for the duration of your trip. Your supervisor will hand over the helmet at the welcome on site.
