How many riders do we need?
Can we customize the route?
Yes. We can adjust daily mileage, add rest days, integrate cultural visits, or extend your itinerary.
Do participants have to book together?
No. Once your group departure is confirmed, each participant can register individually while remaining part of the same private trip.
Are E-bikes available?
Yes. E-bike rentals are available on all of our tours.
Is airfare included?
Airfare can be arranged upon request, along with pre- or post-tour extensions.
What are my responsibilities as a Group Organizer?
Your only responsibility is to gather your group for your chosen departure date. We handle everything else—reservations, customer service, and all needs while on tour.
What happens if I can't get the minimum number of travelers needed to form a group?
If your group does not reach the minimum number of participants, we’ll review alternative options with you. In many cases, the tour can still operate as a private departure for a small supplemental fee. Depending on the travel date, it may also be possible for your group to join an already scheduled departure as additional participants.
Can my group members make their own reservations?
Yes. In fact we recommend they do just that! Your Group Tour Manager will provide you with a Group Name after you have selected a tour and departure date. Your group members should call our Tour Consultants and reference the Group Name when making a reservation.
Is there a discount for Self-Guided groups?
We don't offer a group discount, but we're happy to setup your group and hold space so your members have time to reserve.
How do I earn the free trip as a Group Organizer on a Guided vacation?
Simply let us know what type of group you are planning, and we’ll create an attractive organizer offer for you. Organizer benefits depend on the group size, travel style, and destination, and may include special pricing or complimentary participation once certain thresholds are met.
